The Services allow users to create, manage, and deploy AI-powered chatbots, including integrations with platforms like Facebook Messenger. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
If representing an entity, you confirm authority to bind it. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

Description of Service
Influxify provides tools for building and managing AI chatbots accessible via influxify.io and integrations (e.g., Facebook Messenger). Features include chatbot creation, automation workflows, and analytics, powered in part by the OpenAI API for processing user messages.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for account security and all activities. Notify us of unauthorized use.
Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
Use the Services lawfully. Prohibitions include:
- Phishing, scams, spam, or unsolicited messages.
- Adult content, gambling, or illegal activities.
- Copyright infringement or data scraping.
- Violating Meta's Messenger policies (e.g., no automated spam).
We may suspend/terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property Rights
We own all rights to the Services, including code, designs, and AI models. You grant us a license to use your content for providing Services.
Integrations and Third-Party Compliance
For Facebook Messenger integrations, you must comply with Meta's Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms). We are not liable for third-party issues, including those arising from OpenAI API usage.
Shortlink and Chatbot Ownership
We may reclaim default shortlinks or bot identifiers for compliance or integrity reasons.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Changes apply immediately; continued use indicates agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties, including merchantability or fitness for purpose.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims from your Service use or violations.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governed by Delaware laws. Disputes resolved via arbitration in Delaware.
Termination
We may terminate access for violations. Upon termination, cease use and delete data.
